The regulation of Medical Devices in Palestine is coordinated by the General Administration of Pharmacy and the Drug Registration Department under the Ministry of Health (MOH). The MOH has not yet approved the regulations of medical devices, so in the meantime, there is no need for any product registration in Palestine. An importer license is required.
